Ok, so it’s been awhile since I have posted about something meaningful – to me. I came across this post on the WSJ’s The Juggle and I had to pass it on. It’s an interview with Leslie Bennetts, author of The Feminine Mistake. Now, I haven’t read the book, but I think I just might. This is a topic that I have posted about before. It’s about women who decide to stay home, leave the work force and raise children. Believe me, I think it’s admirable and in a perfect world, I think it would be a perfect way to live. However, let’s be real. The world is not perfect. To date I have been fortunate, but I know many women who have not been. There is no one solution for all, but I think this book shows another side of things that many women may not have thought about.

That’s the book I was telling you about! My mom bought it for me and it’s great. I had never considered some of the perspectives that are raised in the book. You can read my copy when I’m done with it!
