Management = Communication? Eh, not so much.

Shel poted about a recent HR survey about managers and communication.   There are no surprises here of course, but according to the survey, managers were rated “C” or below. Of course I would never think this was the case in the PR world – ahem – of course not.  Never.  But have a read through if you have a minute, could be enlightening.
