Ok, this is just plain old “wicked awesome”. Imagine, as many vacation days as you want. And get this concept – it’s because you WORK HARD. Amazing, we seem to have gotten away from the concept of rewarding people for their work because we are so worried about policies and being equal. Go Netflix!

WOW! This is so great, especially after reading yesterday in the WSJ how most younger proffesionals aren’t taking all their vacation time (we’re talking like only 4-7 days of vacation a year here). I’m proud to be a Netflix customer.
