Musings on a snowy day…
So here we are in the midst of the first major snowstorm of the season. It’s snow folks and when you live in New England its par for the course. So, I am lucky enough to be working at home and as crazy as I am, I have been logged on since 6am. I think I was so excited to “not get up and get dressed” that I actually got up earlier, go figure.
Something that hit me the wrong way – “Money trumps peace sometimes”. You can only imagine where a statement like that would come from http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/02/14/bush.conference/index.html
Is he for real? Thank God we have an election coming up. Oh, and another eloquent remark, “ok folks, one more question because I ‘gotta” go have lunch”.
Ugh.
Social Media Newsroom?
So I just came across this while reading Bull Dog Reporter: http://www.infocomgroup.net/falkow/
I haven’t looked too closely yet, but plan too…….
High Tech Campaigning
This would be cool if it takes off: http://www.marketingpilgrim.com/2007/02/election-08-the-internet-campaign.html.
Perhaps this will get the younger generations more involved and hopefully informed about the next election. But hey, we can’t do much worse than we are now

The Results Are In…
….and the Shiba Inu (http://www.westminsterkennelclub.org/breedinformation/non-sporting/shibainu.html) did not place in their category this week at the Westminster Show (http://www.westminsterkennelclub.org/2007/results/group/non-sporting.html). A poodle won first, with the bulldog and dalmation following. Can we get more boring?
